• Granite is a natural material and is subject to colour and texture variations, only the claims for visible, unnatural cracks and/or manufacturing defects will be considered. While every precaution is taken to prevent this, liability will be limited to the replacement and installation of the material only.
• Open linkage gaps shall be filled with epoxy resin (maximum width of 4mm).
• Proline Granite cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from electrical, plumbing and/or carpentry work associated with the installation of the granite / quartz slabs.
• Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days only.
• Prices may be subject to change after the final measurements have been taken on site.
• A 70% deposit is required on acceptance of the quotation.
• All goods remain the property of Proline Granite until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
• Interest of 2.5% per month will be levied on overdue accounts.
• Please allow 7 – 10 working days for delivery and installation from the date of the acceptance of the quote.
